Customers who were not satisfied with the ball's hooking attribute had their balls drilled conventionally, and this might not have been the best choice. On the other hand, customers who had the right holes drilled in the ball had great experiences. A beginner-intermediate bowler noted that the ball was a great introductory ball as it enabled her to learn how to bowl. However, customers who have used the ball regularly for over 7 months now had chunks missing, and it is not ideal for those who want to up their game and have something with more bite.
