GLORICH Adapters COMINU068124 Editorial Review
The Glorich ACK-E6 replacement power adapter for Canon cameras contains a fully decoded smart chip that allows it to work with Canon cameras just like the original DR-E6 product. The chip is embedded in the dummy battery of the DR-E6 DC coupler, allowing for direct communication with the camera. The product is compatible with all Canon cameras designed to use the original DR-E6 battery DC coupler, including the EOS 80D, Mark IV, 6D Mark II, and R5. While it may work with the newly released EOS R7, it has not been confirmed. The power transformer brick provides a strong DC output compared to other products. Some users have reported issues with compatibility on their specific camera models despite claims of compatibility by the product. Overall, the Glorich ACK-E6 is a cost-efficient solution to power Canon cameras for long periods.
