JYP Entertainment Editorial Review
The reception for the "STRAY KIDS - Mixtape Debut Album CDExtra Photocards Set" has been mixed. Several customers have expressed disappointment over not receiving the extra photocards as advertised. One customer mentioned that the album arrived in excellent condition, but the included photocards were missing, which was a letdown as it was intended as a Christmas present. Another customer noted that the package arrived damaged, resulting in a torn album and some scratches on the CD. Additionally, there were concerns raised about the packaging and the handling of the product during delivery. The overall customer experience indicates that while the product itself may be of good quality, there are issues related to fulfillment and delivery. The missing items and damage upon arrival have left some buyers dissatisfied. Hence, despite the quality of the album, there are improvements required when it comes to the handling and packaging of the product to ensure customer satisfaction. **
