What is the broth made from please?

I'm not sure. It is just a slightly thick liquid in which the shredded chicken bits are contained. My cats love Thrive and I have never had any recourse to check the contents - sorry cannot help you.

Should say on pack/tin. My vet recommended. It looks and smells great. My stray cat who was HIV when adopted lasted 11 years and thrived.

I'm trying to fatten my cat. How many calories per can?

Treats such as Dreamies are calorific though unfortunately not particularly healthy. My cat loves cream and you can also buy special milk (sold in the pet food section of many supermarkets) for cats.
